Alison Manhoff works on a number of the association’s legal and policy matters. She provides analysis of key issues to members, manages various task group activities, assists with policy development, and provides general legal support to the association.
Manhoff came to CHPA in November 2007 from the Washington, D.C., firm of King and Spalding, where she served as an associate on the FDA/Healthcare Team. Her responsibilities included assisting clients on a variety of pharmaceutical, medical device, and food-related regulatory matters including premarket product approvals; advertising and promotion practices; Medicare reimbursement policy reconsideration requests; and analysis of a broad range of FDA, healthcare, and state pharmacy statutes and regulations.
Manhoff is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and California.
